Behind Darrins Mixology is Stefano, a bartender and content creator based in Madrid since 2023. With a large community following him every day online, he shares one simple idea: mixology for everyone — from a well-made classic to a signature creation. From tutorials in front of the camera to a real bar: in Rivas-Vaciamadrid he opens a place where technique, seasonal ingredients and good company are served in the same glass. After more than 10 years of international mixology experience, he decided to open his own venue to share this great passion with the public and fellow enthusiasts of this world.
